Everyone puts you at ease the minute that you walk through the door. They called to follow up the next morning after surgery showing genuine care. I would highly recommend them.

I understand that there are places that don't allow parent be part of the anesthesia (gas) when I minor (in my case a 4 years old) is taking. But I was told by the doctor that I was going to be with him during the anesthesia and that is one of the main reasons that I accepted doing with this same doc and that location. When we got there they said he would go with the anesthesiologist to the room in order to get it. I was and I'm still upset cause that was very important to me and by doing that they ruined all the process that should have (mainly because is a child) being smooth, nice, calm and nice. Ended up being horrible for me and caused my son insecurity. If I knew I would never ever have done with them and go for the facilities that I know they do that. Very disappointed and even they say everything was ok and he is ok , I just don't believe it.

Yes the staff are very polite because they want your money, for those people who CAN NOT TOLERATE THE PAIN I SUGGEST NOT TO ATTEND this clinic, Yes I went , they do give you some pills for pain but not enough to hold the pain, on the other side they apply local anesthesia on your back if you are trying to get ride of the rolls on your back, YOU are conscious so are aware of everything and you can feel the pain. So I'm not so happy with them, paid a lot of money for it.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My 4 YO had her tonsils and adenoids removed here because the wait for Texas Childrens Hospital was ridiculously long. I should have waited. I was told this place was very kid-friendly. Lies. The nurse was trying to fake it, but I caught her mouthing things to another nurse. The anesthesiologist was SO rough and pretty much a B. They told me I would not receive a bill from the anesthesilogist b/c it would all be included in what I was paying to them. More lies. I got a bill so I called their office and the lady told me they get lots of calls like this b/c the ppl at elite are misleading w/their information. I'm giving them 1 star b/c my kid's doctor was great.
