Terrible customer service. Have called multiple times and have received no actual help, other than the 30 minutes of being on hold just for them to tell me a technician will call within the next 8 business hours, and then not call.

Bad service, we make multiple calls about our cable and internet and we get a response two weeks later! a technician had to come out three times to fix our cable service! sometimes we get no response. Please find another internet provider.
