BOTOX RIP OFF & CARELESS PEOPLE — AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!!!



This is the worst place I have been regarding any health treatment. Not only don’t they have professional staff, but also their services are useless, and shady.



I have had this procedure for 10 years (15 times average), at many different places, and no issues, lasting for close to a year. But, for the results, and talking with experts, these people might be applying bad Botox or pretending to apply it, or using a reduced quality, or applying nothing. It normally takes five minutes to apply, but she took 20 minutes applying it. My forehead got several bumps all over, which lasted 3 days, and this never happened before. But the worst part is that after paying such an expensive procedure, and after 3 weeks, it has done absolutely nothing.



This Russian technician, who is supposed to be a dentist applying Botox, has a weird and creepy look in her eyes. She stares at the patient with wide-open eyes, and an intimidating look. I should have taken off running.



I have called them several times to get a refund or to reapply the product, but they freshly refused stating the I had signed a waiver that they product may not work. Shame on you Eldridge Family Care!!! Or should I say Eldridge Family Rip-Off.



Save yourself a headache and rip-off, and never go to this so-called “family care”. Staff is rude too.
