Dr. Eduvie at Memorial Hermann Houston Gessner and I10 refused a simple urine test to rule out bladder infection kidney infection that I insisted on getting and said it was muscle pain and prescribed Flexeril. Luckily I stuck to my guns and went to a different doctor and was told I was right it was a very bad kidney infection with alot of blood and white blood cells in the urine test. Doctor is unapologetic and so is the hospital. So this review is all I can do because the medical board just sticks up for doctors and luckily because I come from a family with medical background I went with my gut...hope noone else suffers because of this negligence.

My daughter presented with upper back pain and went to the Emergency Room at Memorial Hermann off Gessner and I10 in Houston Tx. She was 19 and her first time trying to go to the Emergency room herself. This doctor refused as requested a urine test to see if it was a Kidney infection and instead prescibed flexeril a muscle relaxer. Thank God I followed my instincts and did not keep giving her painkillers for what coud've been a deadly kidney infection. Which it was and a bad one..so I called the hospital to complain and this doctor still stands by her back pain diagnoses even after proved wrong with no apologies. Its pointless to call the Medical board who wont really do anything but ppl do take reviews seriously and this is all I can do to warn ppl.
