The worst customer service, this people do thing when they want. I have been waiting for a copy of my insurance information to be email to me for days now. You ask to speak to the manager and he is never there (and let that's what the girls answering the phone say).

Cubides Insurance will be very nice to you. They will tell you everything that you want to hear. But if you are owed money for an Ike claim. You will not get the money you are due. It does not matter if your Insurance is current and you are paying for replacement value insurance. They are all talk. I rate them very poor. I was forced to hire an attorney and contact the bbb. Cubides insurance will swindel you too!
