Horrible. Ordered off website the day after mothers day and was promised delivery that day as stated on the website. Order never arrived til next day when recipient wasn't there. Ordered balloon package with item and never received but of course I paid for. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

I've ordered from this store several times over the past few years and have always been more than pleased with the great customer service, beautiful arrangements and very fast delivery. My most recent order was placed through the internet yesterday (Saturday) at 8:00 AM. When I learned that the recipient would be leaving her house at 1:30 PM, I called the store and asked if the arrangement could possibly be delivered before that time. The answer was yes and the arrangement was delivered shortly after I called. I was very impressed that a Saturday order could be delivered within four hours of when it was placed. Many businesses wouldnt even have been able to complete an order placed on a Saturday, much less make delivery within hours. And the fruit arrangement was AWESOME...even lovelier than what was depicted on the national website. I'm sure that all Edible Arrangements stores are wonderful but this location is as AWESOME as its products. Thanks so much!
