Very poor service.



I had a groupon and decided that I wanted to given it a try. The groupon was for a box of a dozen apples/strawberry. In the discussion board for the groupon, Angela from the company said you can get all strawberry or all apples or mix. 1st phone call, they fought me on it, and said call me in the AM so I can call the owner and confirm. I asked..."Well can I order and get it same day if I do this" (groupon stated it needed 24 hours advance notice) He said yes.



2nd phone call (the next day). spoke to an absolutely RUDE employee. I stated I would like to get 3 boxes of all strawberry. She said no, I can only get MIX. I went through the WHOLE conversation again stating that it should have already been approved. She called the MGR and got it approved then said it would take 24 HOURS to get my order. I then said no, the fellow yesterday said I could order same day. FINALLY after some conversation in the backgroud, she said yes. I told her I would be there between 5:30 -6:00 pm.



I went to Edible arrangments at 5:37. Employee said that I had already picked it up this morning. I said no, I placed the order this morning and said I would get there by this time. He kept saying but I already picked it up. I said apparently not, since I'm still here. I said I wanted my 3 boxed of Strawberries. AGAIN, he said I can only get MIXED. At this point, there was about 4-5 employees standing around listening. I told him no I went through this 2 x before and even showed him the groupon discussion board where Angela said yes. He then looked at it and then said 'Oh, I believe you." He then said well, it will take 20 minutes because it will have to be done now.



I finally was able to get my 3 boxed and FINALLY a new employee came out to give me the boxes and apologized. That was the FIRST and only apology I got from them, at the very end of everything. RIDICULOUS.



I will NOT return to this location again. Maybe not even Edible Arrangments again. This was my first time and the experience was HORRIBLE.
