I purchased two of the ceramic Department 56 houses from this store. Once home, I decided one of them would not do, so I took it back to the store 5 days later. I had never opened the box or taken the house out, but they refused to refund my money. I got a store credit only.



Once I use my store credit, I will _never_ go back to this store.
