Mark Kluckman totally deceived and cheated not only us but his subcontractors. My husband had to complete 45% of the contract. Left broken windows and unfinished work. We have cracked floors and have continuous issues due to his poor handling of his contract and cutting corners to put money back in his pocket. We are owed over $89000 for uncompleted work and in the process of suing ECI Contruction. We filed a complaint with the BBB and he did not even respond. When he does a contract he manipulates the numbers in his favor and plugs in the highest upfront so when it comes to finishing the project he has already made all his money and then just goes AWOL. Con Artist at best. His work is below par as he hires unskilled laborers. Stay way!
