The guys that helped me tonight were great! I could not have asked for better service when my little Mercedes broke down today. I would call them again in a heart beat. Trustworthy, professional and kind! I needed all of that. I forgot to ask their names and I regret that a lot! Thanks guys!!!

My car battery died this evening at Franklin and Fannin Echo Towing was there within 20 mins to jump my car.

Great Service, On time , Driver very professional, I called my roadside assistance to tow my vehicle to the dealership . Echo Towing showed up on time and did a great service for me.

please do not use, waited 7 hours, only to be told "Its going to be another 45 minutes" . After 8 hours, i called another company, they showed up in one hour. Dispatch girl has attitude, drivers were out doing other things other than helping people stranded. Get another line of work if you want to party on the weekends.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Bad equipment, They will say will arrive in 20 mins, then when you call them back in 30 mins say 20 mins more. They have drivers that don't know what they're doing.

gave me an ETA of an hour hour out. Called me an hour later to tell me it would be an hour later. Will never use them again.

Chad was great. I called Ford road-side assistance and told them of my car not starting. They sent help right away and when Chad arrived he was professional and friendly. He explained to me why my car wasn't turning over and that my power cells were bad on my battery and just need to replace my battery. After a MacGyver-style jump, he was off to assist the next person.

Tow truck was punctual, when dropping my vehicle off he ripper the front bumper by not removing the chains in front. Agero, their insurance company denied no wrong doing whatsoever. This place has 1 star ranking everywhere. I can't believe they're affiliated with USAA, was to treat your vets.

they came to me then abandoned me 3 hrs went by they are the worst i had no choice

This Tow company is owned and operated by the owner, he was punctual with the time he told me he would arrive and once he was at my car even took a look at it for me; to see if it was something minor and he could fix it on the spot..unfortunately it was an issue that needed to go to the shop.. He took me to the shop in the truck and actually waited with me so he could explain to the shop what needed to be fixed and if they where able to do it for me, so I wouldn't be stuck there. He was very knowledgable and professional and also gave me the feeling he cared as if we were family, that is definitely something you don't find often with tow truck drivers. Thank you Euro Towing for your get service!

Very unprofessional do not use Echo Towing. Please use another service. Mahmoud/Mike is the manager and is very rude.

Avoid if you can! Guy answering the phone will hang up in your face if they dont like what they hear. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUISNESS

Called Chrysler-Jeep Roadside Assistance who dispatched Echo to tow vehicle over 2 hours and 30 minutes waiting for tow truck

The customer service is AWESOME!! The tow truck driver showed up earlier than what he said and was very helpful and professional. If ever you need to tow your car, please call them. They're awesome and the price to tow was affordable too, especially for a college student. Thank you guys!!!

Echo towing roadside, person was very professional, did not take long to find my location, got the job done and was very reasonable with pricing. I would definitely use this service again and would recommend to everyone I know.

Last week I locked my keys in my car at Wal-Mart and I called Echo Towing to help me. They had great customer service on the phone and the driver showed up in about 15 minutes! He unlocked the car in a matter of seconds. Very reliable company! Thank you so much David for helping me out!

-10 stars.....Save Yourself Heartache, Don't Use This Company!!!! They towed my FWD with the wrong kind of truck! It totaled my transmission and they are avoiding the situation and I have no car!!!!!
