They were asked by my insurance if they could service my area, they agreed, and then never showed up. I called them twice and they kept hanging up on me, and my insurance had to call again and they said they don't service my area. Very unprofessional. It ended up taking me 3 hours to get a provider out to me because I waited over an hour just to see if they were going to show up.

HORRIBLE company - you could die waiting for them. They lie to you about dispatching a driver, are rude when you call back to inquire about where they are and how long they will be, until they finally just stop answering your calls. I was stranded for 4 hours before I could get another tow company to come out. These people are a total waste of time. If I could give them ZERO stars I would but unfortunately it was not an option.

Excellent job, the driver was professional offered me help, treat my car safely, I recommend their service for all.

I get my car locked yesterday and keys inside while I was in hurry to go for a meeting, I called Echo Towing for lockout service and a driver showed up in 10 mins and saved me. I am really happy with the service they offered. I recommend ECHO towing for excellent customer service and best price.

THIS is the best tow truck service I've ever had our car broke down when we were coming back from a party it was 3:00 am, we called ECHO Towing, the guy was nice he said they will be there in 30 minutes but guess what the driver showed up in 20 minutes. Best service ever

Service was great! Communication was thorough and efficient, and the driver was pleasant and friendly.

They were first the only one, out of several attempts that my roadside assistant service tried, who would come pick me up. They were so courteous and efficient, dropped me off at home, then took my car to dealership. They will be the first ones I call, and the one I pass on to friends, should any one need towing service.

Got a flat tire on the freeway. Called a few places, ECHO Auto Towing gave me the best price and the fastest time to arrive. My car was back at home within an hour. Sidney was very helpful. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of good and fast service

I got a flat tire and my friend referred to me ECHO Towing, and when I called, Scott answered immediately and put me on the list for a driver. I had to wait about 30-45 minutes because of early morning traffic, but Francis was very quick to get my car ready. Francis was very polite, respectful, and professional. Would definitely recommend this service! Super nice and professional!

Best Roadside service provider, I requested a long tow from Houston to Austin, driver was friendly and cared a lot about my safety,they arrived to my car before their ETA 60 mins,I get a call later on confirming delivery of my car safely, they offer you best customer service satisfaction and compared to other's I actually tried before these guys are professional, they can help you with lockout, tire change and different types of towing.Thanks Echo Towing.

I get a flat tire and needed a tow, they get to us fast, thanks for driver Tommy who solved our problem rapidly, service and price were excellent.

I have a problem with my car in my way to work, and I get assistance from Echo Towing driver, dispatcher called me to inform me that driver is en route and will be in less than hour, I had to leave my car and go, later driver called me to confirm he picked up the car ( 37 mins later) and later I received a call to confirm delivery.I like the way they deal with customers depending on continuous communication which made me as a customer very comfortable and feel safe.

I had a very poor experience with this business on March 20th. My vehicle required a tow of about 26 miles. After calling my insurance company's roadside assistance number, they assigned me to Echo. This was about 3.45pm.

At 4.30pm or so, I called in to check the status of the wrecker, having been told originally that it usually takes about an hour for a tow truck to get out to me by my roadside assistance company. Echo's dispatcher told me that the wrecker had been stuck in traffic, which, given the time, I felt was fair enough given Houston rush hour traffic, and they expected it to take another 30 to 45 minutes, so I settled back to wait more.

At around 5.47pm, I called back in to see what the status of my tow was. I was told that the wrecker had broken down, and they would reroute another truck to me, but it might be another 30 minutes or so. They offered that I might ask my roadside assistance company for a different service. I checked in, and was told that would take another hour to 90 minutes, so I decided to stick with Echo. I called them back around 5.58pm (those menus take a while to navigate), and told them I would like to wait for their truck. The dispatcher assured me that they had put a rush on it.

At 6.30pm, I called back again, and was told that the wrecker was on the way, but had to stop for fuel and was stuck in traffic again.

By this point, I had noticed that, according to some of the other reviews, I had been given the exact same set of excuses, in almost the same order, that other people had been given in the past ('They are stuck in traffic' 'The wrecker broke down.' 'They are on the way.' 'They had to refuel but are stuck in traffic again').

Luckily, my father flagged down a passing police officer around 7pm, who called for a wrecker. We had three pull into the lot within five minutes, and I was able to get home after my vehicle was dropped off at my mechanic.

All in all, I was very disappointed with this company. They were polite on the phone, at least.
