I've been having problems with them since March last year, when my daughter was born, been dealing with it since they're the only ones who take my kids Medicaid, but December 15th, they have no more scripts to write out prescriptions and so my son, who is adhd, has to go without until they get more scripts and they lost his insurance card. Today, they are now telling me they can't give me his prescription because he needs to be seen now because of something that has changed in January. I was not told this when I got his prescription last month with no problems, now he's out of medication and I have no way to get him seen since I came in late to work last week everyday trying to get his prescription and they're just now telling me he needs a check up every month. Ya'll should have notified me when the changed happened and not when I'm running around like a fool to get his prescription since he's completely out. To top it off they nurses and receptionist were extremely rude.
