I have been visiting this place for several times. Although some unpleasant situation happened the recent time, the clerk and doctor quickly solved the problem. Also the doctor is very responsible and has provided professional and useful advice to your eyes. Definitely a place worth to go.

Terrible experience with this place, both the Doctor and the front desks! When the desk front gave out the prescriptions, they had both of my husband and my son's contact lens diameter wrong, I found they do not match with the previous prescriptions. I called them and the front desk just simple asked us to come back to and get a new one without apologizing for their mistakes and inconvenience. When I asked to speak with the doctor regarding my son's contact lens, they told me the doctor is busy and will call me later, but never called me back. Also I don't like the way the doctor talked in front of my kids about the parents did not use the best and most advanced technology to prevent their kids' vision from getting worse, giving the impression that parents did not do a good job here. The real truth is the Doctor (Bao) wants you to pay big bucks for something she is currently promoting, and she does not care about your kids, and your feelings as a customer. The place is very poor in service, both the front desk and the office. Their main focus is that they want your money in a fastest way, but not give a xx about your eyes!!! I would NOT recommend Eagle Eye Center to anyone!
