As much as I would love to give Eagle Collision a better rating, I simply cannot. Though they were very nice to me and ensured they would take care of me and return my 2016 BMW in prime condition, they totally did not and left me extremely disappointed. There's a myriad of issues I had with them and my car upon return and continue to have, but I'm not going to bother to take it back again because I simply do not trust them to do a good job. My car was returned to me with panel lines off (specifically the front bumper and trunk), paint bubbles, weird A/C issue, a flat tire (they did replace it at their expense, but at first they just wanted to patch it up!), and a really weird buffing job on the paint; not to mention I'm starting to see all these little scratches that were never there before. Their integrity also comes into question. I told them very specifically I did not want the front license plate bracket installed (did not want holes drilled), they installed it anyway and tried to lie to cover it up. I only found out because I went to see the car in person (after receiving very suspicious pictures from James). Either way, I don't believe Eagle Collision puts any pride into their work and probably have employees that have no idea how to actually do the proper body, paint, and mechanical repairs necessary to live up to the promises they give. On many occasions they simply gave up and gave me the excuse that "well once it's wrecked it's never the same". Seriously, that's the best answer you could give? How about actually doing a great job, because it can be done, they just simply don't have the skill to do it. They'll gladly take your money though.
I would highly recommend you take your vehicle to get repaired at the dealer or another reputable bodyshop. I will give it to their staff though, they are very nice, too bad the work they do doesn't follow suit. It actually annoys me to drive my car everyday because they got paid so much money to do such a crappy job.

Well I had got in bad car wreck messed up front end of my truck but everything went well nice people and staff there car rental was due before they got done with my truck but they help end me out there to a really would recommend eagle collision to anyone so far so good its nice to have my truck back thanks eagle collision

My father and i have been coming here for years, he was the one that recommend me. My first car to i ended up rear ending someone and they gave my a lifetime warranty on everything they fixed. They saved me so much money which was amazing since i only had liability. I never had any issues with my explorer . I sold it four years later and it never had one issue. I ended up buying another vehicle because mine was getting older and and the one i bought had a engine problem. My engine blew :(, so i went back to Eagle and they had my whole engine fixed and ready to go within the same week! I still have this car and have no problems. Would highly recommend Eagle Collision and I do to anyone who asks!!!

Thank you Eagle Collison you guys were so helpful and whole ordeal was so pain with you guys make it easy for me I took my car and got a rental a few days later I gotta call my car was ready thank you so much you have a customer for life

I just wanted to thank Eagle Collision for their help, professionalism and dedication. Samir and his team were very friendly and courteous. They were very helpful in answering all my questions. The work they did on my car was above and beyond my expectations. My car looks AMAZING! Thank you Eagle for an awesome job I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends.

Great facility with prompt service! I was involved in a major wreck a few weeks ago... I was hit by a drunk driver on my way home. I thought my car was totaled, but it wasn't! :) The wrecker service towed me and my car over to Eagle Collision after hours. I thought for sure that I would be without a vehicle since it was after hours...but not at all! They put me in a rental, got my vehicle assessed in the am and I am now back in my car good as new! I highly recommend them. Their staff was very polite and called to check on me the next day, kept me posted with updates and even followed up with me after I picked up my car. This was not the first accident that I have been in unfortunately. So as usual I expected the typical body shop run around. But NO... not here. Wonderful place, updated and upgraded customer friendly facility!

I had a wonderful experience with Eagle Collision took my sons BMW for repairs .. David made what i expected any time i had a question David was good about answering all my question ,love there staff very helpful every time i call .. is hard to find honest people and Eagle collision sure are honest and outstanding on there work i was more them satisfied with there work ... i'm a very happy costumer will definitely will go back if i need work done the best service around ... thank u David and staff ;) thank you again for all your help Claudia and Jacob L

Let me tell you, this business went above and beyond for me! Samir and Daniel made what I expected to be a very stressful situation into a very pleasant experience. Samir literally took care of everything! Every question, every call. Made me feel like family! I feel very blessed that I found such honest people I can trust that do quality and outstanding work. I just got my PT cruiser back today, and she's back to the shiny white pearl she was before!

Over the past few years, I have taken two of my vehicles to recieve repairs at Eagle Collision. The work is always clean and consistent, and the employees are very polite and will even greet you by name. I highly recommend this collision center to anyone.
