The best thing about ECart is that they understand both the technical side of web design AND the design side! I had a tiny issue with my site and contacted a few developers to help fix it. One company had their sales rep call me back and without understanding my problem gave me a rather large price estimate. Another developer who helped me with my site was able to fix it for me, but left elements mis-proportioned. Ecarts immediately caught that and gave my site much better composition. The also confidently understood the technical side and were super speedy to help get my site back up & running! I worked with severval web developers and I have to say Ecarts beats the bunch on both the technial side and desgn side of things!!!
