Horrible experience! My husband and I initially received a quote for about $2,000 to fix our vehicle.

I thought the quote was a little steep, however we were assured that our car would be fixed and it

would be ready soon. This was far from the truth, not only did it take our car a month to be fixed.

But the price increased to over $5,000 and THEN we were told that the car needed a new engine!

(Mind you, these charges were for parts and labor prior to "needing" a new engine.) Very

frustrating experience to be told initially that the car could be fixed to you need a new engine. If I

was given this information upfront, I could have proceed to get a new vehicle all together. How

does a mechanic with over 20 years of experience, who's considered in expert in his field, not

know when a car needs a new engine???!!!



You've been forewarned consider another establishment.

I had read review that were not so good and decided since they were close to go visit them. After visiting I took my car in; they were helpful, courteous and very reasonable. They fixed a multi switch, found two wires that had shorted the switch out. I am so happy to have lights and turn signals. They also change the oil and the transmission fluid and the back brakes. They could have done the front, but said I could wait a while. I now feel safe. They gave me information on when I need things done. I liked that and glad I used Driver's Auto.

I went to this place to get a state inspection. They claimed I needed a new power steering belt. My car does not have a power steering belt! (It has a single drive belt which is 2.5 years old and has 15k miles on it.) They then tried to sell me a repair for $340.
