The dress was not ready on time and when they finally finished with alterations they were all done poorly,and some of the alterations that were requested were not done but already paid for. WORST experience buying/shopping for a dress

The prices are not the only thing good at Dream Brides. Their customer service is great. We ordered a bridesmaid dress with a very tight deadline. The dress arrived exactly as we wished, on time and a perfect fit. The store manager communicated with us every step of the way. While we paid for the shipping, there was no extra charge for this service. I highly recommend this store to my friends and family.
