HFI has been excellent. We have been very pleased with both of our transfers. Staff has been very welcoming and supportive.

I am so pleased with doctor Haddad, he was so caring, considerate and really listened to any questions I had. I am so happy to say that I am pregnant with twins and for me this whole IVF process was not as hard as I expected, I think that had something to do with doctor Haddad because he made me feel very comfortable.

Overall the staff was warm and receptive and gave me the most information possible.

i would prefer to still be seeing renee for each visit, she is really a gem, as is Julie, did you really have to move them both to a new location.!
