You cannot get a live person on the phone unless it is an emergence, THEN you may be charged a fee. What a ripoff. I called and left a message to confirm an appointment for my daughter. They called back next day to confirm. Was told the APPOINTMENT was between 2:00pm and 4:30pm. We got there at about 1:45pm and signed in. Well, thinking things are like normal Dr office, appointments could run a little late, but I find out that they are not going BY APPOINTMENT. You go in, sign in and get a number. Then they call numbers in. We signed in at 1:45pm and the place was already full. They didnt start calling numbers until 2:15 or so. If this was the case, why did they tell me to be there at 2? Was this NOT an appointment? I waited until 4:30 before I left and there was a lady that said she was there at noon and they just called her in. This has been the most unorganized and uncaring office I have ever been to. They have no consideration that patients or their rides have to take time off from work (or school) to be there. If you tell someone to be there at 2:00, then there better be a schedule to get you in.
