DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I wish I would have read this before I purchased my door from them. Same as everyone else. I was told 3 weeks and it has been 3 months and still awaiting. Building a new house and I am almost completed with it but still do not have a front door for it. It is a shame that I can build a house faster than they can make 1 DOOR. I call and call and they say they will call back but never do.

My wife and I purchased a front door and sidelights. We explained up front how we needed it installed quickly and asked if that would be a problem. We were planning to put the house on the market for the start of summer. The salesman said 3 weeks was normal but they could do it in 2 weeks or a day or two less. I have called 3 times to inquire how things were progressing and 3 times been told they would call me back later that day. None of the times did I get a call back. Today is the 3 week mark and I demanded to know when the door would be installed. Answer: Another week. They seem so unconcerned that my calls were not returned. Unbothered that the project is running twice as long as promised or that we are missing the beginning of the summer selling season. Terribly unprofessional. I told the salesman I would leave them poor reviews........here is my promise fulfilled.

My wife and I purchased a front door and a back door from Door Masters of Texas. Charlie took his time to explain everything thoroughly, and our initial visits were nice. After we paid for the doors (yes... we decided to pay for both doors up front... and they were not cheap) we were told it would be at least 2 1/2 weeks before installation. It took over a month. The back door was the hold up, because they kept saying it hadn't arrived. Even though we were anxious to receive our new doors, our main issue was the lack of communication. I learned about the back door not coming in after calling. They could have at least picked up the phone to communicate what was going on. So one Monday, instead of calling, I decided to visit their store. Well to my surprise, the back door had arrived and had just been freshly painted. The front door was already stained and the polyurethane already applied. Ken took me in the back to view both doors, and I was pleased and very impressed. Danny and Ben showed up the following Saturday to install the doors and they did an EXCELLENT job. The doors are beautiful, and the house looks and feels totally different. Danny and Ben were very professional and made sure to stay until the job was complete. No rushing... they took their time, even though there were a few challenges. The end result is amazing. The only reason I am not giving the company a 4 or 5 rating (like I would love to) is because of the communication after the sell. They have quality doors and their installation team is very professional. They just have to work on making sure they keep their customers in the loop.

Please don't use this company. I have the same complaints as everyone else - the door was of very poor quality and will need to be repaired or replaced soon even though it is less than a year old. Complaints to the owner, Charles, were totally ignored. I feel he knows very well that he's scamming people out of A LOT of money (my door cost over $2,000), and banks on the fact that no one will sue him. I will be filing suit against this company! Don't make the same mistake I did!

Excellent job on a very difficult door. We were concerned about the installation of the door we bought from Door Masters of Texas because our original frame or door jamb was not correct exactly. But Door Masters did a fine job at fitting our new door to the old frame. We recommend this company.

In July, 2007 we replaced our front double-door with a single door & side panels (patterned bevelled glass). The price was higher than we had been thinking about but Door Masters' price was competitive based on a lot of 'shopping'.



We were very happy with the outcome. Door Masters were straight forward on the sales/purchase end, and the installers that came out did a great job. When they needed to talk to or ask us about something, they did it forthrightly and courteously.



Great curb-side appeal improvement over what we had in a 25 year-old home.
