Sorry to have to leave 1 star.. I never have done this.. BUT after 12 years of me coming here.. they ruin 2 of my shirts.. they wont reimburse but do give me a small store credit.. A week later they ruin another shirt ( all 3 were torn by their machine) and they basically tell me to never come back. The owner Ann.. acts like she is an employee and cant do anything. Terrible customer service! I was actually told by an employee that the "owner" didnt want my business.. I asked for the owners name and she told me it was Ann.. BUT.. Ann doesnt want anyone knowing she owns the place.. I wonder what is so secretive?? anyway I will never return and my family members will stop going as well.

They ruined my brand-new shirt by feeling when I thought it through their process. I gave them three attempts to fix it each time I came back it was a new problem. Eventually it was ruined and put rust stains on it. Then they told me They no longer want to provide me with service.

Have been taking our dry clean for years. They know my phone number and have everything ready for me! Cheap fast and good! Perfect for me!

If it was possible to give 0 stars that is what I would give. You would do better just throwing your clothes in the washing machine at home rather than go to this cleaners. I took $30 of clothing there and now 2 of my son's Polo shirts are ruined. The shirts were returned to me with some sort of bleach stain on both shirts in the exact same spot. The spots were not there when they were brought in. The so called manager who refused to even tell me his name said that it wasn't their fault I must have brought the shirts there with the stains. He refused any type of restitution and refused to give me the owners information. Not only did they stain the shirts they also shrunk them. Beware if you take your clothes there.

My first impression will be my last impression.

$35.00 later and with no exaggeration I tell you every article of clothing I trusted them with came back wrinkled, two came back damaged, and three came back with stains on them. You definitley get what you pay for. RED OAK CLEANERS here I come, although I moved a little further away than I would like to travel. The service is impeccable and worth traveling the distance to get your clothes cleaned properly. Dollar Dry Cleaner will never get my hard earned money again. PS: don't trust an establisment you can't even get on the phone. UUGGHHH!
