Good: everyone i delt with was very friendly and nice, they were understanding and tried to be as helpful as possible. they are not mean they are repo agents they have a job and they do it not their fault if you fail to pay your items. so people should treat them with more respect. they were outstanding slow but great to work with.

bad:my car was here five days i guess someone who works here thought i wasnt going to pay and it would be sold by the bank so they stripped it crashed it took it for joy rides. my beautiful camaro is ugly and i no longer wanted. smh how many others have this happened to who never claimed the car but wondered why the finance company sold the car for so little. because it was stripped of all value first!!!

I had to take a relative to pick up her auto. This was one of the absolute rudest displays of customer service ever. The absolute worst is they handled the car so rough. It's a 2014 and they treated it like a hoopty. Unprofessional. Discourteous. Bootleg place.
