COULD BE ALL DAY: First, let me say that when I walked out of Diva Dolls Hair Studio on a weekday in March 2013, my hair looked great. Unfortunately, that will be my list visit because it took EIGHT HOURS to achieve the finished look. Very poor scheduling, the carrying on of too many personal phone conversations in front of customers, and repetitive snack/water breaks of the technicians make it impossible to consider giving this African-American owned salon another chance. I must say I am disappointed. EIGHT HOURS exceeds my patience. The owner apologized for the wait, but made no offer to reduce the price of this very expensive service that has previously taken 4 hours. If you appreciate a timely service, this location is not the best choice. If you have all day, make an appointment.

Let me just start off by saying that Ramona is the bomb! You are guaranteed super star status on hair alone after walking out of her shop. The shop is sheik, and very professional. Oh, and let me not forget the networking opportunity you will have with other educated business women from many industries.

I was very impressed with her work, but good luck getting an appointment. She can never get you in and is always to busy.

If u want a cool relaxed atmosphere...then this is the place. Cozy ! The girl can weave her but off and to know Ramona...that's a task.
