I was in Houston over the weekend, and felt a severe wobble in my car at low speeds and vibration at increased speeds. I felt it was a tire issue and was staying down the street from this location. I scheduled an appointment online and informed them of the issue. After looking at my vehicle they stated my tires were out of balance and that should fix the problem. When I drove off I still felt the exact same symptoms. After going back to the store I spoke with a customer rep and a service tech and both assured me that if there was something wrong with the tires they would have seen it and informed me. So I drive my family back to San Antonio with the vehicle still experiencing the symptoms. I tell me next door neighbor the situation and looks at my tire and in 5 minutes notices the bump (warp) in both of my back tires. I take in to the dealership and without even taking it back to the shop he notices the same thing. He informs me this could be due to alignment issues or not rotating the tires. I express my disappointment to him about discount tire not seeing this problem and he agreed by stating "This is definitely something they should have caught, especially with them being in the tire business." I could not agree more. Because of this stores lack of attention to detail I had to drive me family under unsafe conditions. I have been a huge discount tire supporter for as long as I can remember driving, but I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from this location.
