Customer service is horrible. They don’t listen when you ask them to do or specifically not do something to your nails. They are not concerned abt taking care of your real nails, and, as a cosmetologist, that is very poor service. I asked to not have my polish electrically filed off because they thinned my acrylic so much last time that 2 nails broke in 2 days doing simple task. Yet, they still did it until I literally pulled my hand away. Of course, one of the 2 nails she filed is now broken and I literally just got them done and hour ago. Now I’m back, they’re still rude, and I have to wait. Already had to wait to even be acknowledged. Horrible service
