i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI went to Dick n Sons looking for carpet for three bedrooms and hallway. I spoke with Paul, very knowledgeable and very helpful with my selection. No high pressure sales, which I like. The variety of carpet they had to choose from was almost overwhelming. I found a carpet that was perfect for my needs, the color went great with the wall color and came with a 20 year no wrinkle guarantee, another plus. They did what they said they would do, were on time and did a beautiful job, left everything clean and the furniture was carefully moved back into place. They even fixed a bad trim piece leading into the bathroom, which I wasnt expecting. I would highly recommend Dick n Sons to anyone. Great company to do business with and will definitely use them again in the future.

The Rafferty's and their staff are outstanding! Low key, professional guidance in buying the right floor covering to meet our needs without going over board price-wise. Trained, professional installers did a marvelous job on carpeting and a new kitchen floor for our home. Plus, their certified floor covering cleaning staff did a terrific job of keeping our carpet looking as good as new after the first 18 months. And, the cleaning crew even helped some of our older carpet look a LOT BETTER!

I recently had the floor coverings in my home replaced by Dick-N-Sons Floor Covering Center. Jim and his brother, Paul were both extremely knowledgable and helped in making my selections. The huge showroom provided more than enough samples from which to choose with selections varying in price and quality. The installation was flawless and their crews were on time and very professional. They even gave us the first carpet cleaning free! We were so happy with the job that we had them replace the flooring in our vacation home in Galveston, too...same professional service! I highly recommend Dick-N-Sons for all your floor care needs. Their care and attention to detail is exceptional!

Dick n Sons installed a new floor in our kitchen. The installer was polite, professional and cleaned up the area when complete. The installation was very nicely done and the transition into other rooms was very clean and well done. We were so pleased we had Dick n Sons return to install carpet in our den, hall and two bedrooms. The assistance we got in selecting the carpet in the showroom was very helpful and they let us take home several samples so we could look at them in our home. After measuring our rooms, the install date was set. The installer was on time and worked very quickly - moving furniture where needed - to complete to job well within the time alloted for the project. When complete the installer noted that he had enough carpet left over to carpet one of our bathrooms...which he also did on the same day. One year after the carpet install Disk n Sons had their Floor Care Expert come out and he cleaned our carpet at NO CHARGE! A wonderful experience!

Dick N' Sons Flooring Covering Center is a Houston Based Company with a great retail flooring store offering wood, tile and carpet. I was able to touch and feel the products and see all the colors. They also do the installation of their products. They pay very close attention to details, great customer service and also good with scheduling. Well worth the money!!!
