The apartments are made out of the cheapest material that can be found. Slime and mold build up in wet areas that cannot be reached due to the poor craftmanship. On top of this, the repairmen will not properly rid your unit of mold. Instead, they will PAINT OVER the mold and call it a day. (Seriously, they really do this) The door frames have rotting wood. Rotten to the point that a stiff push could rattle the foundation. There are roaches in the units. I know this may be petty, but I have been stung by the most venomous caterpillar in the United States twice in my own apartment. Why is there caterpillars in my apartment???

Calling for maintenance is a gamble. You honestly have to hound these guys to do their job, or it won't get done. There are many exposed circuit breakers around the apartments, which is a hazardous to the children that play around them and the units that those breakers are attached to. There are many mailboxes that are broken, meaning that anyone can access sensitive information to multiple tenants. There are always suspicious characters lurking around the apartments at all times of day and night.

John, the apartment manager, has charged bills to MY ACCOUNT relating to maintenace repairing the front door, which had been kicked in in the past (prior to me moving in). John, the apartment manager, has charged my account with fees north of $149 for TOUCHING the VIDEO CAMERA he has mounted ABOVE MY DOORSTEP. John, the apartment manager, charged MY ACCOUNT for an electricity bill that was in HIS name. John, the apartment manager, has wrongly accused me of starting a fire because I fit the description of being a "black male." John, the apartment manager, has informed me that I cannot walk around the apartments because I am "not on a lease" but has also accepted monthly rental payments on my behalf for the last couple of months.

i love staying here and they have very good understanding and very good all types of situations. The managers are very nice and they will help you out over here too. They have very good security systems with HPD and I'm still living here about 4 years.

I like my apartment, it is not the best area in Houston but they have a gate for security gate and other off duty H PD. Good for family's.

Very good price and a good place to live. Alot of shopping centers nearby.
