Hired them to install a new glass shower door. it was installed incorrectly - door is faulty and not aligned level. They were difficult to get hold of after this. Finally after others served as an intermediary, they offered to redo the job but not take accountability for damaged tiles where shower door hinges were incorrectly installed. Very unprofessional.
