I took a beaded dress to be cleaned. It wasn't cleaned because deodorant was still on it and what looked like dirt was on the front (the dirt wasn't there to begin with). They even somehow managed to damage the beads. I showed this all to the girl behind the counter, who had already swiped my credit card. She refused to give me a credit but said the next time I come in, I would receive a credit. I told her I would not be back. She called the manager and he also refused to credit my card. He wanted to send the dress back through to be cleaned. I told him that I would not allow that. I ended up paying the $11.99 for my damaged dress that was never cleaned! BEWARE!!!!!

Don't go here! I took a beaded dress in for cleaning. The dress was never cleaned because some deodorant spots were never removed, but the beads were damaged somehow. Some were dangling.
