Also, They are very un-kept apartments and grounds. Management has NO MONEY for the maintenance of the units or the grounds; they are currently using vacant apartments (which there is an ample supply of) for parts to maintain the occupied apartments (walk around and notice the missing a/c units). It’s a dirty property! Trash filled parking lots; pools are algae and duck poop filled! Management staff and maintenance crew is bad; nothing constant in the past four years. The most recent manager, Dolores, has a bad attitude and doesn't care about the complaints! She/they blame everything on the Owner and the Supervisor for not supplying them with money, so bc of the insufficient funds, they give you the run-around about everything! Worse, the crime is constant! Constant break-ins, constant gun shots, constant drug deals in the parking lots etc… No security, NO SECURITY GATES...!!!, broken gates, broken fences… !!! The lake is simply a detention pond; beyond poor drainage, flooded parking lots, flooded-out cars… do not move into these apartments…!!!
