Jaquetta DazzleLynn Moments Webber was hired to decorate, host, make t-shirts, birthday mum, & serve at my grandson's party. She showed up hair was not combed, not dressed appropriate to be a hostess.
*I did not receive my t-shirts
*Jacah didn't get a birthday mum
*At 3pm found out she did not bring music (my guest went home and brought music back)
*She baked my cupcakes instead of purchasing them from Sam's per contract.
*She charged me $35 for a leaning birthday cake from Sam's that she only paid $17 for, and refused to give me my change.
*She knocked over a candy dish and I walked up on her picking the candy up with her bare hands and putting them back in the dish.
*My guest got a broom & dustpan to sweep up the candy she left all over the floor.
*My guests stood outside until 3pm because she was still decorating.
*4pm she was still decorating, the party was schedule was 2-6pm.
*4pm the food wasn't heated & there was no dispenser to prepare drinks, per contract.
*My guests went to purchase a dispenser & pot to heat food.
*My guests went out & purchased pizza for the kids to eat.
*There were no tables & chairs set up as per contract.
*She did not have a "team" helping her. Only her husband, the other girl left.
*We did not begin the party until 5pm.
*We could not even cut his birthday cake because they provided a spoon instead of a knife.
*The children threw away the cupcakes because they were not edible.
*My guests served and cleaned up.
*The office personnel at the clubhouse offered her help and jumped in where it was needed. Embarrassing!
This does not include the embarrassment my husband and I feel because Jacah's special day was ruined. On top of all of this she has refuse to issue a refund, deleted her Facebook page, and will not contact me, even to issue an apology! Jacah has suffered enough abuse in his 10 years of life, and to allow a party decorator to come in and abuse the dignity of his special day is unacceptable!
