A very good company. And good people to. They leveled my house while I was inside. What an experience! Very happy with their work.

Good company that delivered good results. The corner of my garage was sinking and the cracks were very obvious. They are the real pros.

I was shocked to realize that the front of my house was settling. How can that happen? Well, the man from Dawson was very patient and answered all of my questions. I am not happy with the way my house was originally built but Dawson gave me a lot of confidence that they could level it and I wouldn't have any problems in the future. There were very professional and so far the house is perfect.

Dawson should be complimented for their company and their work. They really are a notch or two above the competition with their work ethic and their higher quality repair method. They stress the difference in quality and I agree with them. Their method is much better. It does cost more but I didn't want to cut corners with my home.

Dawson gets my highest recommendation. They were very professional and very diplomatic when my questions were off-target. They did a great job digging the holes and pouring the concrete and then leveling my foundation. Very good company.

My house was leveled in many places, but where they promised cedar shims very few were used. I found beams that were raised with old deteriorated wood that was found under my house. Several spots weren't actually leveled. After calling and complaining several times I found out I was only wasting my time. They have an amazing salesman working there!

Overall I am very pleased with the work that was performed on my home's foundation. The entire staff is polite and professional and it was a pleasure to work with the workers and supervisors.

I had previous experience working with Dawson on an earlier home and was very happy with their work. My current home started experiencing the same cracks in both the interior and exterior walls so it was a no brainer to call Dawson again. Like last time, they did great work.

They put 16 piers in under my foundation. Their work was good and they delivered on their promises. Great cleanup too. I repaired and painted the sheetrock inside my home after the foundation repairs and I haven't had any problem since. Very good contractor.

Dawson did an excellent job with the installation of their Bell Bottom Piers. Even my wife agreed. I am comfortable recommending them to everyone.

This company did the work on my home foundation and they did good work. They did what they said they would do. It will take at least 2 weeks for them to finish a job.

Normally I don't write reviews but I was so impressed with the hard work and professionalism of the Dawson team. No hard sell here because they give you all the facts. Who knows what a scam Mandatory Arbitration is? I know now and I am happy to report that Dawson is not part of that. I recommend Dawson highly.
