CLOSED NOW - Opens at 7:00am

We've been trying to get this company to service our oven, on a manufacturer's warranty authorization, since August 9. They have not answered multiple calls, on their main number, the toll-free number, or the extension for service. Nor do they return voice mails. Obviously they haven't been out to fix the oven, either.

I can't speak to their expertise because I haven't seen any, but if you're looking for prompt service, look someplace else, because this company doesn't know what service means, let alone the prompt type.
