they done my drive back in 2011 feb and i called them out here becase of my 5 year warrenty even though my driveway was still looking very good they came and did what was needed and my drive looks twice as good.....very well done

This fraudulent scam artist may also use company name D&C or some affiliation with DC Surplus. DO NOT USE THIS THIEF! He (Paul) offered to do a portion of my driveway and if I like the job he would do the entire driveway. If I didn't like the work, no charge at all. Long story short he did HALF the driveway then tried to charge me $4000.00! Stating he was out of material and would come back tomorrow. After back and forth verbal exchanges I l advised him to leave my property. Now my driveway is in worse shape than before!! This guy is a thief and a fly by night scam artist.

Be careful, this a crook if you give him an advance, he will never finish the job and stop answering the phone, stay away from this thief
