Great when you need a door installed. Very responsive, shows up as scheduled.

However, once the installation is done, if you need return service to make adjustments to the door, or if you feel the door is not opening/closing correctly, don't expect a call back.

After repeated calls, 8 over 2 weeks, to come back and correct becase door was sticking, I was told someone would be there that Saturday.

Waited around all day. No one showed, no one called.

Called the following Monday, left message, again, no one responded.



Bottom Line..go elsewhere
