would not recommend this company to anyone, not even an enemy. To be fair, we gave them the benefit of the doubt more than once and have tried to make the relationship work for almost a year. Shame on us! They have NEVER been on time for an appointment. Getting them to show up at all often required multiple phone calls. Our service contract was never honored - they NEVER came to perform the work, Once we finally did get in touch with the owner we were told that we would get a full refund of our service contract price. Still waiting on the check. We have made multiple attempts to contact them via email (several different addresses) and phone (both cell and what their website has listed as the office number). Still nothing. The couple of times we have managed to get them to show up, the owner has been more interested in telling us the big names of the people with whom he says he does business. Simple repairs/changes (that any handyman could have done) have become complicated problems with long excuses and have resulted in greater expense. While they have the BBB logo on their website, the BBB doesn't have them listed anywhere on their site. I have filed a lengthy complaint with them and am awaiting a response. Beware if you are even thinking of using this company. In a city as hot as Houston there are lots of HVAC companies from which to choose. I would ventrue to guess that any of them would give you better service at a MUCH more reasonable price. In my opinion to pick DH Air Texas would be an ENORMOUS mistake as I feel that they are one of the worst companies I have ever worked with.
