I called on a Thursday to set up an appointment for a serious issue, and I was told that I could not be seen until Tuesday... I am so frustrated with the lack of concern for patient needs. The receptionist had no sense of hospitality and was not professional at all. I have been a patient at Cypress Family Practice for 10 years, but now I see I am going to need to find another Family Physician.

I have to disagree with the rating below, I've seen the wife (Dr. Hoang) for 7 years and my children have seen the husband (Ngo) for the same amount of time. Their listen and willing to fit me in when the children need to seen at the last minute. They have Saturday appointments and staff is really knowledgeable and helpful.
