Overall very poor. The truck had wires dangling off the bumper and a check engine light. Supposedly the truck got broken into and items were stolen. Nothing was reimbursed. I kept getting the runaround from these people. Also the truck did not get done as it was suppose to. It had a bull bar damaged and it did not get replaced. Instead if got removed. Very bad quality and attention to detail. The radiator had to be replaced and they did not even completely fill it up. Please avoid this place at all costs and do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

If you happen to get fooled into having your car towed to this collision repair center do not fill out any paperwork.

I hastily made the mistake of having my car towed to this location on Saturday. Luckily my husband was smart enough to read the reviews and do research on the company. They have an F rating with the BBB for a reason. Have changed their company name before to hide behind their shady work. I have spoken to people who used to work there who can vouch for how shady the owner is. Showed up first thing before the owner of the company got to the business at 8 AM on Monday to Have my vehicle transfer to a reputable place of business to have the repair work done. I should’ve asked to see my car immediately but I didn’t and between the time It took the rental car to get there and they had taken the bumper off of the front of my vehicle Just so they could charge me a “teardown fee”. The owner stated he had pictures with a timestamp of when they did the teardown on my car on Saturday and when I asked to see the pictures he said that he had no obligation to show them to me. I recorded the conversation and will be reporting it to you Emily Akin. My car was in the back of the lot nowhere near the inside of the shop behind 15 vehicles there’s no way that they had done any work to it. It is very sad that people like this in the world exist and do business like this just to penny pinch insurance companies and hard-working people like myself. Be warned do not take your car to this place of business.

Horrible experience with this shop! Extremely unprofessional and the repairs to my car were less than adequate; car had to be taken to the dealership to have additional work done that this shop failed to fix. Insurance scammers and will scam you into signing a work order so you will be locked into them doing the body work if they tow your car. If one of the shops tow trucks picks up your vehicle, have them take it to another shop. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING if your vehicle is taken to this shop. I learned the hard way and have gone through 1 1/2 months of hell because of these people. Don't understand how they have 3 1/2 star rating other than friends and family trying to help them out with a good review. All the legitimate reviews I see are extremely negative. AND. . . we were actually threatened by the owner and he said that he would be coming to our house; who says or does that to a customer? I can't express enough as to how horrible the owner Yoseph is! For your own sanity, do not do business with this shop.

Horrible business ethics. They continually lie. They told me 4 different lies about when my car would be ready. I was not sure I would ever get my car back. I still have not received the money they owe me that my insurance paid them for work they never completed. I was cussed out more than 7 times in a month. I was called between 10 to 12 times in a row on multiple occasions and left several threatening voicemails. I am currently looking into getting a restraining order against Yousef. Since I put my home address on paperwork (which is normal to do so when having repair work done) I am afraid he will show up and hurt me or damage my car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. It will be the worst experience of your life.

If I had only read the reviews first, then I too would have known. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT take your car to this place! I can't give them one star on nothing but I have to give at least one star to post this! I had to call the Police on these people to get my car back. When the police arrived he was already aware of the type of service this repair shop offers. I have never experienced such disrespect and poor service in my entire life....the entire experience dealing with this body shop was absolutely HORRIBLE! Granted they blamed the insurance company for the issues and partially the insurance company was to blame....but the car had more damage after the repairs than before I took it to them. Extra scrapes and scratches that were not already present during the accident. The space they use is VERY tiny and it's not enough room for them to safely and carefully take care of your car without causing more damage. Their cars are kept in tight quarters literally sitting on top of each other and the staff is VERY unprofessional as well as they were not honest or reliable. If you never trust a review, please trust this one, if you take your car to this place you are going to be VERY, VERY, VERY sorry and that is the truth. One of the people running it has a track-record with being combative and volitle so if you don't accept their shady service it can turn ugly...ie me having to call the cops on him. So please trust this review, stay far, far away from this place, find someone that will repair your car and provide good quality service. I am posting as many truth reviews as I can on various sites on the poor service this business provides to warn as many others to stay away or you will be so disappointed! #Truth

WARNING, WARNING. . .
I only gave it one star because it wouldn't let me post a warning to everyone to stay away from this corrupt poor excuse for a business unless I put at least one star. Poor quality work, and poor customer service. Very disrespectful and rude. Please please please for your own sake, do NOT do business with this man and this place!!!

They were very honest and did a excellent job.

I rate this place as a "NO STAR-EXTREMELY BAD" Worst service of any kind I have ever experienced in my life. Kept my vehicle for 2 months when they said it would take 15 days! I got the run-around each time I called. They always had a lie for me each time we spoke. It was either ‘oh I am sorry the part was not ordered when I thought the front desk had ordered it’ or ‘the wrong part was delivered’ or the part was damaged and we had to reorder’ or ‘sorry, your vehicle will be ready next week and not today’, or ‘we need more money because we found more damage’, etc. This went on for 2 months and when I did get my vehicle it was trash/not fit to be driven again. SERIOUSLY! When I drove it off their property the warning seat belt light would not go off and within 3-5 miles of leaving the car was smoking! I beg you to PLEASE do not do busy with this so called company!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
It's a "CHOP SHOP" THEY NEED TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS ASAP!!! THEY ARE CHEATERS , LIERS . THE WORST OF THE WORST FROM THE OWENER TO KIM THE RECEPTIONIST. The owner was beyond rude to my insurance agent and Kim just plain lied. My vehicle was taken there after a front end accident and after seeing the place off "business" MY HEART SANK!!

$1400 LATER I GOT MY vehicle out of there and that was just storage fees . The storage lot looks like a junkyard!

It was horrible...They had my car for over 60 days and when I was called to pick it up, my car would not start...I ended up having to pay for rental over 30 days...They did not put my vehicle back together correctly so it is obvious my car was damaged...My new car now runs and sounds like a truck and my driver side seat won adjust and it wasn't even damaged...The owner is very very rude and just an all around butthead!!!! I wouldn't let them touch a tricycle again!!!! After owner begged me to let him repair my veh....He even directed me to check out his reviews which were misleading...Thank Goodness there are some TRUE ones available now....What a waste and a bad experience..I did report them to the BBC too!!!!!!!YP forced me to give 1 star to publish my review or they wouldn't have got that!!!!!!

I had my car repaired here, while work was in progress I was asked to come in to check on the status to see if I was satisfied with the work being done. In my opinion, that tells me alot. They're not afraid to show their work and if there's something that the appraiser might have missed a supplement can be done. I'm the primary driver so little things like a scratch or dent I would be the one to notice. I am very please with their work and their customer service.

5 stars work, it takes time BUT they bring your car brand new again. The best shop in Houston, TX

Do not go here they are racist and very rude. They are on the news now fox Houston where the owner was so disrespectful he also talked to my friend the same way when we called. Its just crazy now the new woman had the same complaint please do not support this ignorant behavior

Very nice and HONEST people, I wish all businesses in the USA are honest like these people, they fixed my car real good it looks brand new again, I was gonna take my car to the dealer ship body shop when I wrecked it but I'm lucky I brought it here these guys are excellent,,,, thank you Abd & Yousef

These guys did a great job repairing and painting my 2006 Mustang Roush. Paint matches perfect, suspension and body work is perfect. I am very satisfied. They take pride in there work. Highly recommended
