We LOVE this facility! They are fantastic in every way. Super friendly staff, flexibility in schedules, the option to not only accumulate credits for classes missed but even use them for a different activity is pretty cool, and the options are just limitless. They offer dance (ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, combo, etc), gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, and musical theatre. There is always a fun event going on including parent nights out and birthday parties. I just love it here and so does my daughter. :) I don't have a single bad thing to say about this facility.

I have bad experience with Cypress Academy at Huffmeister Rd since 2 years old and stop my children's classes there. Shortly after, I realized from my neighbor that she had negative experience with them too. Within these 2 years, I read from our community emails many other unhappy customers of Cypress Academy with some describing the place as unscrupulous. I decided to write this review because I have hear of so many unhappy customers and feel that people should know the truth about this place. I never understand why all the negative feedback are not posted for people to make wise choice. I made mine now.
