This is the best travel agency in Houston. I have been with Cheryl at Custom Travel for around 7 years. I used to ask her for a quote and get several other quotes from other travel agencies. After the third year, I quit doing that (she always gave me the lowest price). Cheryl has gone above and beyond, every year. I call and e-mail her with questions and she gets back with me quickly (usually within a few minutes). She has never let me down (and I'm hard to please). She even has requested upgrades for my wife and I without our knowing. Since she is so well known in the industry, she usually gets what she asks for. The best part about Cheryl is her attention to detail, customer service, and overall knowledge (plus she always gets the best deals). I will continue to book my vacations with Cheryl until she decides to retire. Once you book with Custom Travel, you will never need to call anyone else!!
