ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ARE IN THE BACK SCREWING UP YOUR VEHICLE AND STEALING ANYTHING THAT'S NOT ATTACHED.THIS WAS A TOTAL DISASTER. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO CUBBAGE COLLISION. I DROPPED MY VEHICLE OFF FOR FLOOD DAMAGE. MY WINDOWS WERE NOT WORKING AND MY BATTERY WENT BAD BECAUSE OF THE FLOOD DAMAGE MY CAR WENT THROUGH DURING A STORM. THESE PEOPLE KEPT MY CAR FOR THREE WEEKS AND, ALL THEY DID WAS A ALIGNMENT. BY THE TIME I RECEIVED MY VEHICLE. THERE WERE STAINS ON ALL MY SEATS LOOKED LIKE OIL HAS BEEN SMEARED EVERYWHERE. MY WINDOWS WERE NOT FIXED AT ALL. NOR WAS MY BATTERY CHANGED OUT. WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. MANAGER ACTED CONCERNED BUT, NOTHING WAS DONE TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. IF YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHY CUBBAGE COLLISION IS TRYING TO KEEP THEIR DIRT UNDER THE RUG. WALK INSIDE JUST TO SEE WHO THEY HAVE WORKING ON YOUR VEHICLE. ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. THAT'S WHY HALF OF THE REVIEWS PEOPLE CLAIM ITEMS WERE STOLEN. PAYING ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS LOWERED WAGES TO SAVE MONEY. SERVICES ARE COMPLETELY GARBAGE.

Picked up my car from the repair shop recommended/contracted by Geico. I was mortified once I had read reviews about the shop two days after I had dropped it off, but was out of state on vacation, so could not get back to rescue my car. Similar to the reviews I had seen online, my car had been rifled through, my phone charger was missing from the front center console - absolutely NO reason they should have been in there when fixing my front bumper. There was mud in my carpet on the floorboards, and the change from my coin holders had been stolen - several dollars worth - I hadn't thought I would need to clear out my penny compartment, but that had been taken as well. I asked them about my phone charger, and they informed me that I had signed a waiver of release of liability if things were missing from my car - guess that means I gave them permission to take whatever they want. The rep went through the repairs that had been done, and added that a new fog light was among the charges. I asked if the light I had bought them was unusable, he said "you brought in a light?" - it was even pictured in their inspection photos. The MOST concerning however was the new damage to my rear bumper. I was only having my front bumper replaced on this visit. My rear bumper had 2 year old damage from a collision with my neighbor. Upon picking up my car, there was new damage, - it was likely from a scratch from that previous collision, however the paint had been picked away, and now there is a lovely large black gash in my rear bumper that was not there when I dropped it off. I pointed it out to them, and they were quick to show me that the pictures they took on the first day show this gash - however, there is a 10 minute difference in the time stamp from when the guy was taking pictures when I left the shop, and when the pictures were taken of rear bumper. My hope is that Geico will remove this place from it's list of repair shops.

If I could rate this company with "0" stars I would. They were recommended by my insurance company to fix my vehicle after the first repair shop dropped the ball - but Cubbage did anything but.

First, they "promised" that I would have my vehicle back in 7-10 days, which it was not. Then, they were supposed to drive my vehicle back to the original repair shop, but one of the General Managers was "scared" to drive my car back, so I didn't get it back for another 3 days. Finally, I got my vehicle back and it was damaged in areas that were not originally damaged - bumper, dash, alignment, and other issues. When I called and spoke to the General Manager, he DENIED that "his shop" damaged any of my vehicle and he had pictures to prove it - and that I needed to go through my insurance company to figure it out. I still have not received any pictures.

Finally - they were supposed to pay for my rental car and they did not. They are also now refusing to pay for my rental car while my vehicle is back in the shop FIXING THE DAMAGE THAT THEY CAUSED.

This is currently ongoing and I will be happy to report the end result. I am hoping that they will fix my vehicle right the SECOND time.

Customer service is not their strong suit.

They are polite over the phone, but that is all that was positive about my experience at Cubbage Collision. I brought my car in to have the rear driver’s side fender repaired after a minor collision. First off, my car was not ready on time. Secondly, they will STEAL anything left in the car. Third, my car was returned very dirty, with grease on the roof, seats, carpet, and full of dust. Fourth, they put several new scratches in the paint and they damaged the tint on one of my windows. Finally, they take NO responsibility for their work and Geico is no better.

It was originally supposed to be ready on a Monday-Tuesday. After not hearing from the shop I called on Tuesday afternoon. They explained that the car would be done on Wednesday and that I would hear more from that the following morning. There was no call, so I phoned back Thursday. They again promised that the car would be ready Friday or Saturday and that I would hear back with a status update shortly. This continued for another week. I did not receive a single call from Cubbage or the Geico representative. I made ten calls and the car was delayed two weeks. This was a serious inconvenience.

As I said, the only work done to the car was in the rear driver’s side area. When the repair was finally complete, I noticed that my car charger was missing from the center console. There was no reason for it to be opened. I called Cubbage and the Geico representative and asked if it was removed. I was promised a return phone call from both, but I did not receive one. After a second attempt, the matter remains unresolved. I am, glad that I removed everything of value as previous reviews mentioned theft.

After giving the interior and exterior of the car a quick inspection, I noticed grease and dirt just about everywhere, not just in the areas I would expect – where work was done. The door panels were scuffed on the inside. The passenger seat had a grease stain. The rear deck lid above the back seat was covered in grease. There were hand prints on the roof. It took me four hours to clean the interior. There were several scratched in the leather seats that I could not repair, and the tint was gouged in my rear window. Apparently Cubbage is not responsible for this damaged because I cannot prove they did it.

The outside of the car was just as dirty as the inside. After taking it to a local car wash I noticed several new scratches, this time around the area that was repaired. Most notably, a 3 in by 1/8” scratch on the trunk. Once again, I could not prove they did it… In conclusion, go somewhere else.

This place sucks. Rude and incompetent staff. Stole items from car. Did not repair minor damage correctly, could not fix after bringing vehicle back in multiple times. Finally took to dealership which repaired everything for less than what this place charged. Rip off, thieves.

This shop is understaffed and has poor customer relations. They do not hold to time scales and treat customers like they aren't paying for a service. I would not recommend this place of business to anyone that I like.
