CSC are absolute slumlords. They do not pay their vendors, they ignore maintenance requests, they are unreachable unless they are hassling you to sign a new lease instead of letting you stay month to month. They have gone through 8 property managers in 2 years, none of which were competent. The newest property manager, Natasha, hung up on my husband when he tried to discuss the new draconian lease with her. After 8 years of paying rent on time and not causing problems, we're leaving our home because these people are simply impossible to deal with and they're letting the apartments crumble around us. STAY AWAY FROM CSC!!
