(i deeply resent being forced to give this evil entity even one star. i live here; my mother has owned a townhouse here for over 30 years, and this sh1thole does not rate even one star.)



this neighbourhood is a dump--i mean full-on slum. every year, at least one person is murdered, and one year there was an entire family wiped out in addition to two separate murders; old ladies get mugged in broad daylight at the mailbox; they spent $75000 to fill in our pool, which instantly devalued our whole neighbourhood--they left the fence up, and now use the bathrooms as storage for garbage, and you can see it from the outside. they claim it is to be used for parties and weddings and such, but that is a lie; the HOA no longer has the legal right to exist, but they keep stealing our money...they have done NO maintenance on my mother's home in 20 years, after literally ripping the rain gutters of of the home and never replacing them. that cute little trick created many leaks causing Black Mold to grow (and the great state of texas set a permanent limit on insurance claims related to Stachybotrys mold and that expired about 20 years ago.



DO NOT MOVE TO TEXAS AT ALL. there are many hidden nightmares here that one cannot possibly know until one is here, and it is too late. i would leave in less than a heartbeat if i were able.



do NOT come here. i would not wish this neighbourhood on anyone.
