The leasing agent was all over the place! it was like she was working alone! she still was a good sport about it.. Whenever somthing needed fixing there was always maintenance issues I would always have to continue to call or go inside the office which i stay less then 50ft away from...I just kept having problems out of the apartment..Folks were also getting robed at gun point!! vehicles were vandalized horribly including mine, and my apartment was BROKEN into. . All this crap happened within 5 months of living there!! my lease term was 7 months.. Now keep in mind, I just moved to that side of town did'nt know anyone. . I don't think it was a word to describe how upset i was. . and for the so called regional manager told me it was no way she was letting me out the lease even with the police reports,incident reports, letters and pictures. She was very arrogant and had no understanding about the situation at all. I'm thinking you she was probably upset because I asked her after the first incident to get the side apartment building lights working and the leasing office lights working..took them almost two months but it was done...All they want is your rent money but cant hold up to their end of the deal! I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THESE APARTMENTS!
