I would not recommend anyone purchase hair from Joi Hunt and Cory. I purchased hair by them on 3/12/12 and it was installed 3/13/12. On the 13th it began to knot up and tangle. I contacted Cory. He advised me to come to the salon so that his stylist may see the hair to determine if it was the sew in or the hair. I went on the 13 and they determined that it was not the sew in and offered to wash my hair at their expense. Before leaving Cory assured me that I would not have the problem any longer and if I did to contact him. On the 14th I contacted him to inform him that the hair was still knotting up. I spoke with Joi who told me to come up there "again" so that she may determine if it was the sew in or the hair. After seeing my hair she stated that she would pay for her stylist to do my hair because "apparently" the hair is only quality hair if done by their stylist. I set an appt. for the 16th on the 15 Joi called me an reneged saying that I would have to pay for her stylist to do it.
