Traditional Designs is amazing and they really care about the customer and getting you exactly what you are looking for. They installed quartzite in my kitchen and it looks phenomonal. Martha goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Martha was so patient and caring trying to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. She and her husband are GREAT people. If you are starting any remodel, please go with this company. You will be so happy with the results. Not only did they complete the job perfectly (including plumbing), they followed up to make sure everything was just how I wanted it. If I have any other remodel job, I will use them again and again. The crew was so neat and clean. I would highly recommend this company. When you use this company, not only do you get a great job, you gain new friends. Truly nice people!!!

I was so confused about what product I wanted to use for my countertops! You read so many things about Silestone versus Granite...the pros, the cons, the fables and the facts. Traditional Designs was the 5th place I shopped and I was thrilled to learn they carry all of the different products and provided unbiased opinions on each! I ended up with Caesarstone Quartz counters in my master bath, Silestone in the other baths and wet bar, and Granite in my kitchen! The entire process was actually stress free and fast!

Traditional Designs helped us with quite a few things in our house. They put granite countertops in our kitchen and master bathroom and a marble countertop in the hall bathroom. They installed some beautiful travertine in our master bath in the shower and the floors. They put a subway tile on the shower walls with a marble liner going through it and a 12x12 on the floors in a pin wheel pattern with the matching border from the shower.

We had laminate floors put in throughout the house that have a beautiful handscraped look that doesn't look cheap or fake and it has held up great with our dogs.



They helped us find a soft, plush carpet that is wonderful in our bedroom. And after living through Hurricane Ike and losing the downstairs of our house, they suggested a "fiber floor" for our downstairs room that is easy to clean, withstands water and looks just like bamboo!



They even talked me into a granite fish cleaning table. They said the color won't fade and it is so easy to clean fish on and to clean up the mess when I am done.



Overall, I was very pleased with both the customer service through making selections and the installation process that Traditional Designs offered. I recommend them to all of our friends and would definitely use them again.

We were so impressed and pleased with the work that Traditional Designs did at our house. We got wood laminates done in our bedroom and we have had so many friends ask where we got our floors and what kind of wood we had. We were told that this would be great for our family with toddlers and dogs. They look amazing still. We also had Traditional Designs match the tile in our house to get rid of the carpet that was left by the builder. They were able to match the tile perfect and we now have no carpet in our downstairs. They put Turkish Stone Travertine in our back patio and WE LOVE IT. This type of travertine does not get hot , so its perfect for the kids to be able to play out back in the summer. They were also able to fix the granite in our kitchen that our builder had not installed properly. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with all work that Traditional Designs did at our house. They helped elevate the look of our house!! Customer Service was superb and work was done right on time. I would highly recommend Traditional Designs to anyone out there looking to remodel their home or if they are building!

I am a savvy shopper and did extensive research before I decided to replace my countertops and update my kitchen. I visited several places, and was thrilled to find that Traditional Designs had their own slab yard, fabrication shop and showroom right on their own site! Their prices were reasonable, and the quality was amazing. I wish I could post pictures to show you my beautiful new kitchen!!!

I was extremely impressed with both the selection and customer service that was provided to me at Traditional Designs. Their employees were able to assist me with matching tile in my house and helped create a design for the transition between the tiles to mask the difference. They also provided me assistance with picking the best wood floor for my house with pets and kids. I have been able to call them since on numerous questions and have always had a prompt response and a thorough answer. I would highly recommend anyone looking to remodel or building a house to use Traditional Designs.
