I had to break my lease for this complex because this is by far the worst complex I've lived in, I'd rather live under the freeway than be in this place. I once got robbed at gun point walking back home. If you're a crackhead this place is for you because there's A LOT of drug dealers here.
Aside from that, it has tons of roaches, im sure the dumpster is cleaner than the apartments here.

Bad management, horrible parking. A lot of fire hazard all over the place. Cat infested, rodent infested. Management don't care about the resident only about the money.

This property is nice. The manager hosts fun events for the residents. I also like to use the gym. I recommend people to live here and they give me referral credit to my rent. No major complains. I just wish the pool would be open longer during the summer. but other than that everything is good here. As long as you communicate with the office, everything will be taken care of.

Cat infested and roach infested maintence dont know what their doing and site manager doesnt do her job has all famil y staying with her and she abuses the fact she is her children can drink and stay out on premises to late hours dumpsters are always overfull and if you have a vehicle get ready to have it banged up im suprised city of houston hasnt investigated dont rent
