If I could, I would have to give this a zero. The testing wasnt so bad and the interview wasnt either. Training and getting out there to the actual call center was ridiculous. They tell you one thing in training but it's the complete opposite on the floor. People out there are so confused, it's like the blind leading the blind. This was an absolute waste of time, and professionalism, what's that? Basically if you're not "ghetto", you are not going to have a job!!!!!

I applied for this job and they made take a hard test that didnt have anything to do with job description. I passed the test and did an interview and still didnt get the job. That was a waste of time. I dont understand, there were so many people who didnt pass the test and i was one of the lucky ones who did. So please if you want a job you have to go there looking like crap otherwise the wont hire you.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND CONVERGYS TO ANYONE. THEY RUN AROUND LIKE A CHICKEN WITH THEIR HEAD CUT OFF AND ONE HAND DON'T KNOW WHAT THE OTHER IS DOING. THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES LIKE CRAP!
