We are absolutely thrilled with the service and the HVAC technician's skill at Controlled Air. We will only use Controlled Air Service from now on! Our AC went down July 7 and because of our worthless home warranty we were forced to use their horrible ac company. The bad company said our compressor was out and would order the parts but we would be another week or more w/o ac. We'd had enough and were referred to Controlled Air by neighbors on Saturday. The technician was at our home within the hour and correctly diagnosed the real problem. They repaired the AC and by 6 pm Sat we had cool air! Excellent company. They will tell you the truth, won't rip you off and they will fix the real problem. Thank you so much!!
