Beware of Tile Co. Flyers! Yes, we called them from a flyer left on the door, and the flyer was from Contreras Tile and Marble. We noticed afterward that the contract was in the name of Custom Installers of Houston.



They changed thier phone numbers two times since we have been ripped off, and closed thier website, plus the Bissonnet address they use is a postal box buisness.

Thanks for the warning . . . it may be possible that the same group has been leaving flyers under the name "Customer Tile Installers."

Beware, Jorge does not work other than taking your money, and they will run with your money as they did with ours.



Jorge and Connie Velasquez promise great prices and beautiful work as well as quick turn key work. They require a hefty down payment and huge up-charge for everything you thought you had originally paid for including tile.



From us they required $2,800 down and brought in street workers that did not speak a word of English who did severe damage to our foundation and new tub. Our contract was for three rooms, and we were told that they would be done in one week. This guy was in our house for nearly two months, and did not finish not even one 6 'x 10' bathroom!.



Jorge never came to check the work even though we complained that our house was being damaged. Finally they stopped answering our calls and emails completely. We have asked numerous times by email and voice messages that they finish the work or refund us half of our down payment with no response.
